You were made for a mission!

Every one of us was created for a purpose and a life mission. Helping people discover and live out their unique life mission is one of the primary goals at St. Paul's.

WHAT IS MISSION?
For us, mission refers to how we live out the Gospel of Jesus Christ in practical, tangible ways--both personally and corporately. It is evangelism in both word and deed. Sometimes mission is as simple as helping out a neighbor, taking time to pray for someone, or sharing your own faith story over a cup of coffee at Starbucks; other times it may take you across the globe to build houses or serve in an HIV/AIDS hospice.

HOW DOES ST. PAUL'S ENGAGE IN MISSION?

INVITE & INVEST
At it's core, mission is always about relationships. Personal evangelism (sharing your faith with others) is a central component of what it means to be a follower of Christ. Our primary focus in evangelism is what we call "invite and invest". Simply, we invest in people and invite them to places where they can encounter God.

For too many people, evangelism is a weird thing we "do to people". We think it should be more along the lines of sharing our lives with people, earning the right to be share our story along the way, inviting them to consider God's story.

SMALL GROUPS
The primary way to get involved with missions projects and trips at St. Paul's is through your small group. We believe that mission flows from small groups.

STRATEGIC PARTNERS
We are members of and work closely with both the Windham Area Interfaith Ministries (WAIM) and the Manchester Area Council of Churches (MACC) to provide practical assistance and resources to the under-resourced in our community.

PRAYER & SUPPORT
Our members financially support and pray for ministries and missionaries all across the globe. We join together to pray for these missions in partnership. You can see a list of currently supported missions by clicking here.

PEACE PLAN
Our missions plan is designed around the PEACE Plan and we are part of The PEACE Plan Coalition.

The PEACE plan The P.E.A.C.E. Plan is a massive effort by churches all over the globe to mobilize 1 billion Christians around the world into an outreach effort to attack the five global, evil giants of our day. These are the world’s biggest problems, affecting billions, not just millions, of people: spiritual emptiness, corrupt leadership, poverty, disease, and illiteracy.

These five global giants ravage the lives of billions of people worldwide and all work together to constrain them and cut them off from knowing the saving grace of a loving God who sent his son, Jesus Christ, to die for their sins allowing them eternal hope and security. There is no organization or government that can effectively eradicate these giants. The only successful solution is the global Church of Jesus Christ. Find out more about the PEACE Plan here.
