ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

CHECK-IN.
It is recommended that you arrive at First Cathedral by 9:00 AM on Thursday. The first session will begin at 10:00 AM.

TIME ZONE REMINDER.
Note that the schedule is posted in Central Time. Please add one hour to those times for our time zone.

LUNCH:
We have reserved a break-out and lunch room for our group from St. Paul's. Please plan on eating lunch with us as a group, since this an important time to process and connect. Lunch tickets have already been purchased for you and are our gift to you. Snacks will be provided for you at the conference.

DINNER:
Dinner is on your own this year and we have no plans for a group dinner location. However, feel free to organize "small group" dinners on your own. First Cathedral is about 20 minutes from Manchester/Buckland Hills, so any of the restaurants there make good meetings spots for groups wanting to get dinner together.

RESOURCES:
There is an extensive Resource Center available at First Cathedral. I encourage you to check out the resources! We will order a church office copy "Team Edition" of all the sessions on DVD.

PREPARATION:
Be sure to spend some time preparing for the Summit on Wednesday. Some time in prayer, reading scripture, and simply being present to God will help you get the most out of The Summit experience.

DRESS:
Dress comfortably and casually.

POST-SUMMIT FOLLOW-UP:
This year we are planning a number of follow-up events and opportunities to help continue to deepen our LEADERSHIP CULTURE at St. Paul's.

SUMMIT FOLLOW-UP DISCUSSION
Wednesday, Aug 20, 7pm, we will have a "Dinner & Discussion" night to talk about and process The Summit. We will fire up the grill and enjoy fellowship, stories, and discussion.

LEADERSHIP COHORTS
We will be launching new Leadership Cohorts this year. These cohorts will be places to encourage and sharpen our leadership skills. We will have four potential cohorts (depending on interest level):
(1) Marketplace Leaders;
(2) Academic/Campus Leaders;
(3) Women Leaders; and
(4) Emerging Leaders (under 30).
These groups will meet quarterly and you can participate in more than one if you like. More details will be available on August 20th.

LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE CLASSES
This year we are introducing a 4-course Leadership Institute curriculum at St. Paul's. These are classes designed for leaders and emerging leaders. The four classes are:
(1) Vision & Values;
(2) Biblical Foundations of Leadership;
(3) Leading a Team; and
(4) 360 Degree Leadership.
These will be offered Saturday mornings as 4-hour seminars. More details will follow.
