Teaching Pastor

Vince Gierer serves as Teaching Pastor at St. Paul's. He is also the co-founding pastor and a member of the Board of Directors for St. Paul's. In addition to his role as teaching pastor, Vince oversees and directs our Small Group ministries and our Spiritual Growth ministries.

Vince graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Connecticut in 1999 (BA-English) and is currently pursuing his Master's of Divinity degree at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, South Hamilton MA.

Vince served on Young Life staff for three years supervising and leading the Young Life Leadership Development Program at UCONN.

He has an older brother, Greg, and a younger sister Beth. Both live in the Washington DC area. Vince's parents live in Connecticut.

Vince is passionate about learning and teaching God's Word in ways that are practical and life-changing. He is an avid reader, has a remarkably recognizable laugh, and desperately wants to be a good golfer.

Vince lives in Tolland, CT.
