We are currently pursuing a 60 acre property in Coventry, CT. The property is located at 18 Jones Crossing.
On August 15, 2008, we entered into a contract to purchase the property for $600,000. We are currently in our 60-day Due Diligence period. After that, we will enter a 180 day Entitlement period in which we will be filing applications for Zoning and other approvals to eventually build on the property.
Our target is to close in April 2009.
$70,000 from the 150 Day Challenge will be used for the deposit (already paid from our savings) and engineering/wetlands/consulting, etc.
